Interactive xAPI Designer helps turn a learning goal into an accessible Student Learning Space (SLS) interactive and plan meaningful xAPI learning evidence. It can help with interaction design, HTML or ZIP packaging, accessibility, analytics contracts, and verification.

What to include in a support request

  • The plugin version, currently 0.1.1, and whether you are using ChatGPT or Codex.
  • The task you asked the plugin to perform, the result you expected, and what happened instead.
  • A minimal sample HTML file or ZIP when the problem is specific to an interactive.
  • Any browser console error or validation message, with credentials, launch parameters, learner data, and other personal information removed.
Protect student and account data. GitHub issues may be public. Do not post names, email addresses, SLS launch URLs, authentication values, passwords, private keys, raw learner responses, or confidential school information.

Support boundaries

The plugin provides design and implementation assistance, but generated educational content and code still require human review before classroom use. A successful local test does not prove that an SLS-only launch or learning-record connection is working.

OpenAI account, billing, model, or ChatGPT platform problems should be directed to OpenAI Help. SLS account and platform access problems should be handled through the user’s authorised SLS support route.

Security or privacy concerns

Do not publish a live exploit, secret, or personal data in a GitHub issue. Create a minimal issue without sensitive details asking for a private follow-up, or use an established private contact method if one has already been provided to you.
